Return Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Service.

Order Cancellations
Orders submitted online may be canceled within 24 hours by sending an email request to tamiko@tamikopettee.com. Please include your name and order details.

Damaged Products
Because each piece is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than defects or damage. However, we will offer a full refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

・If a defect is found in the quality of your artwork.
・If your artwork was damaged during transport.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by sending an email with photographs of the damage to tamiko@tamikopettee.com within three (3) days of receipt.

Important: Please save all original packaging materials. If the original packaging is undamaged, please use it to repackage the artwork for return shipping.

Once we receive the returned artwork, we will promptly initiate either a replacement or refund process, based on your preference.
