Q. How does the Art Mail Club work?
Subscriptions close on the 20th of each month.
If you subscribe on or before the 20th, your first Art Mail Club mailing will be the following month’s edition.
For example:
- Subscribe on or before August 20 → Receive the September edition.
- Subscribe after August 20 → Receive the October edition.
Art Mail Club editions are prepared in advance to allow time for professional archival giclée printing on 100% cotton rag paper, careful quality inspection, and packaging before they are mailed.
Q. When will my Art Mail Club mail be sent?
Art Mail Club mail is sent during the first week of each month.
U.S. subscribers typically receive their mail within 3–10 business days after mailing. International delivery usually takes 2–6 weeks, depending on your country’s postal service.
Q. When will I be billed?
Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date you originally subscribed.
Q. How can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Once processed, monthly subscription payments are nonrefundable.
Gift subscriptions are one-time purchases and are nonrefundable.

Q. How can I update my shipping address or billing information?
You can update your shipping address, billing information, and manage your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.
To ensure your next Art Mail Club mailing is sent to the correct address, please make any changes before the 20th of the month.
Q. Can I track my mail?
To help keep the Art Mail Club affordable, mail is sent using standard USPS service and does not include tracking.
Q. What should I do if my mail doesn’t arrive?
Mail occasionally takes longer than expected.
If your Art Mail Club mailing has not arrived by the end of the month (U.S.) or within six weeks of mailing (international), please email tamiko@tamikopettee.com.
I’ll gladly help resolve the issue and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement.
Q. What should I do if my mail is damaged?
If your Art Mail Club mailing arrives damaged or incorrect, please email tamiko@tamikopettee.com with your name and photos of the envelope and its contents. I’ll work with you to make it right.
Q. Can I purchase past Art Mail Club editions?
Past Art Mail Club editions are not available for individual purchase. However, archival prints from previous editions may occasionally be offered as special anniversary releases or other limited-time events.
Q. Will I receive emails?
Yes. Subscribers receive occasional emails from Tamiko Pettee with Art Mail Club updates, shipping information, and other important announcements.
